The Saskatchewan Experience category is for foreign nationals currently working and living in Saskatchewan. Streams under this category include the following:

Applicants with existing Work Permit Sub-Category
Under this sub-category, skilled workers who have been working in Saskatchewan for at least
six months under a valid work permit issued by IRCC can apply for nomination by the SINP.

Health Profession Sub-Category
Under this sub-category, internationally trained health professionals, who have been working
in Saskatchewan for at least six months under a temporary work permit, can apply for
nomination by the SINP. It is divided into three streams:
– Physicians
– Nurses
– Other Health Professions

Hospitality Sector Project Sub-Category
Under this sub-category, foreign workers who are currently working in Saskatchewan in one of
the following occupations can apply for nomination by the SINP:
– Food/Beverage Server
– Food Counter Attendant/Kitchen Helper
– Housekeeping/Cleaning Staff

Long Haul Truck Driver Project Sub-Category
Under this sub-category, foreign workers that have been working for at least 6 months for
Saskatchewan trucking firms can apply for nomination by the SINP.

Student Sub-Category
Under this sub-category, students who have graduated from a recognized, post-secondary
educational institution in Canada can apply for nomination by the SINP.
